My Keto Experience thus far

Lost 38 pounds since July and 71 pounds since 2017

Chronic Inflammation and pain all gone.

My receipt to successful keto weight loss and LIFESTYLE:

  • I eat exclusively meat, dairy, eggs and berries. Mostly raspberries and blueberries. Most of the time it’s also all organic or steroid and antibiotic free and next year all my meat will be from my farm.
  • I am also intermittent fasting I have only about 3 or 4 hour window when I eat though when I wake up I do have a coffee/quadruple espresso with a heaping tablespoon of grassfed butter and a teaspoon of MCT oil and 1 organic free range egg yolk.
  • We own a little micro farm on our way to being off the grid and independent in all ways. This has been no less than 16 hours a day a day and in many cases hard labor and sweat breaking.

Lifestyle? YES LIFESTYLE because this diet is dangerous to be flipping in and out of keto especially to high sugar and carbs Keto Cheat days are dangerous read this study… On the keto diet? Ditch the cheat day Just one dose of carbohydrates can damage blood vessels

More benefits:

  • My blood pressure was when I was vegetarian 140 / 90 /89 now I am 100 / 79 / 49 and I recover in minutes from hard work.
  • I had joint pain and neuropathy now all gone.
  • Frequent urination gone and now normal.
  • Brain fog some days and very melancholy now very alert and almost to happy.
  • Food cravings used to be insanely overwhelming are gone.

Down side:

  • None of my clothing fits.
  • I wish I had done this sooner

I almost went carnivore for the meat only diet but If I can’t shake another 20 pounds and get full comfort and usability of my right knee I will go carnivore. I am convinced that our governments are behind the UN Vegan DIEt and its designed to kill people and is killing people.

I believe the biggest reason for the success of Keto is the alternatives are poison via Glyphosate, GMO, and many other toxic additives as well as many plants have inflammatory and anti nutrient chemicals. I don’t buy into wheat allergies I am convinced its Glyphosate and that we are intentionally being poisoned that the elites have a plan for population reduction and its the culling of 7.5 billion people via food and vaccine programs. I look to what would have been humans natural diet and think that’s easy to see berries and meat. The Carnivore Diet is a restrictive diet that only includes meat, fish, and other animal foods like eggs and certain dairy products. It excludes all other foods, including fruits, vegetables, legumes, grains, nuts, and seeds.

ANOTHER interesting fact is that what seems to have triggered the weight gain was eating vegetarian diet. He is the thing when the UN and government are telling us the globe is overpopulated by 7.5 billion people why would you be compelled to trust their DIEt recommendations? The Vegan diet will kill everyone on it and it will be a slow painful death I know it was killing me but in 1 year of eating NATURALLY I am recovering and near recovered.
